Each crepe is born from a unique gesture. A movement that requires attention, awareness and craft. We are artisans: since 2002, we have been rolling the dough with passion, creating gluten-free crepes, thin, crispy and light cookies - the authentic Breton cookies.
Our kitchen is open, safe and professional, but also warm and welcoming.
We use natural gluten-free flours such as buckwheat, millet and rice, and are inspired by flavors from around the world to offer unique crepes in Barcelona, designed for everyone, including celiacs.
Buckwheat is the heart of our crepes. Small as a pyramid, powerful as nature. A gluten-free pseudocereal, rich in amino acids and easy to digest.
It inspires us with its nobility, versatility and nutritional value. It is what makes our crepes light, nutritious and delicious. The king of vegetable protein.
Espai Bistrot
Ideal for a mid-morning snack, a sweet snack or a spontaneous evening. Pancakes, Japanese cloud pancakes, small plates and cocottes to share. A dynamic and welcoming space that invites you to improvise.
Snacks: Every afternoon from 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
